What is the price for your service?

You can choose many options, please have a look at the price page.

I have a subscription but I no longer use it, how can I cancel it?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, simply click on 'cancel subscription' on your user page.

And if you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription in the same way.

I don't remember my access data, what can I do?

No problem, it can happen.

Even if you don't remember your access data, you certainly remember your personal data... contact us from the contact page WITHOUT entering any sensitive data, we will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm that it is indeed you, after which we will send you what you have lost.

How many ebooks can I read?

It all depends on you.

You can buy only one ebook at a time, buy a bundle or do a subscription.

We have different types of offers, you can find them on the 'prices' page.

Do you have a mobile phone app?

The mobile and tablet app will be available soon, it is already on our to-do list.

In the meantime you can use your mobile device to open our website, and if you want you can save the site by creating a type of app to keep at your fingertips.

Can I use parts of an ebook?

All ebooks are copyrighted works.

No use may be made of them without the author's prior consent.

You probably would not be happy if you published a text and someone used it, perhaps to make a profit, right?

Can I claim a refund for non-use?

The answer would be no.

We advise you to contact us, we will carry out some routine checks and will do our best to meet your needs.

I just signed up but I don't like the service.

That hurts.

We are constantly working to improve our service, and we would really like to know more about that, because every opinion is important and we give it the value it deserves.
